Snook, in so many ways a little sister to me as I saw her grow up.
She was a complex creature yet one of the most giving women I have ever known.
If she considered you friend or family she would give of herself or anything she had
to keep you happy oftentimes at her own expense.  This was her way. She always
had an outrageous story to tell or off colored joke.  She loved to shock you.
But then again just some of the adventures her life took were shocking
as well and after the shock wore off entertaining as only she
could finding herself in that situation.
For the family it could be a bit over much yet she was always true to herself.
She suffered through the years from Bi-Polar and was very outspoken about it and helpful to those who reached out to her for advise and information
on were to go for help.  I will miss her very much and know in my heart she is watching down smiling and laughing that incredible
deep laugh she had when she heard or saw something that brought her joy.
Whether a joke at your expense or her own, did not matter.  It will always be the smiling eyes, the beginning of a chuckle then the all out deep laugh till everyone could not help but laugh along
with her. Even if you did not think it was funny she brought the joy unto you
like no one else I have ever known.
A wonderful artist of immeasurable talent, a craftsman of absolute originality and vision. But the most I will miss is the sisterhood we shared.

I admired her for her strength and her endurance, her struggle each day for dignity and survival.  The pain in her soul at times beyond her strengths yet she found a
way to reach out to her family I consider that a form of strength as well.

Sleep well Little Sister my Friend

You will be missed always. Yet I know with just a
thought I can bring your spirit into my heart
and thoughts anytime I choose. This I will do
often as I have done so much through the
recent years.

Love Always Marty Duswalt-Pinney
